We only collect the information needed to respond to your enquiry. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Identity and contact details: first and last name, phone number, email address.
• Professional details: company name, job title, seniority and industry, where provided through LinkedIn.
• Enquiry details: the property or opportunity you are interested in, your intended use, your preferred payment method, and any message you send us.
• Communication records: the content and date of calls, WhatsApp messages and emails exchanged with us.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may record standard information such as browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

3. How we collect it

• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms: when you submit the form on one of our LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn shares the details you chose to submit with us.
• Directly from you: when you message or call us, including on WhatsApp, or send us an email.
• Our website: when you browse our pages or use the contact form to prepare a message to us.

4. Why we use your data

We use your personal data only to:

• Contact you about the property or service you asked about, and send you the information you requested, such as the site plan, allocation decision, building regulations, price and payment terms.
• Arrange site visits, meetings and follow-up calls.
• Assess whether an opportunity matches your stated needs and recommend suitable alternatives.
• Keep a record of our communications and comply with our legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8).

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where needed to handle your request:

• Property owners and developers we represent: the owner or developer of the specific property you enquired about, so they can respond, arrange a viewing or prepare an offer.
• Service providers: companies that provide our communication and data storage tools, acting on our instructions.
• Authorities: where required by Egyptian law or a competent authority.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. How we protect it

We limit access to your data to the staff who need it to respond to you, and we use reputable service providers with appropriate security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your rights

In line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and other applicable laws, you may at any time:

• Ask whether we hold your personal data and request a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data or stop contacting you.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
